A live-action remake of the 2002 animated film “Lilo & Stitch” is in the works at Disney, an individual with knowledge told TheWrap. Jonathan Eirich and Dan Lin of Rideback, who are currently attached to the “Aladdin” remake from Guy Ritchie, are producing the “Lilo & Stitch” remake. The film made $145 million at the domestic box office in 2002 and spawned an animated TV series and several direct-to-video sequels.
